Note: Resetting your mailbox password will not affect any existing messages.

or Press Feature and 983

  1. Log: 120000 (if you have a 2 digit extension number, use this specific number)
  2. or 1020000 (if you have a 3 digit extension number, use this specific number)
  3. Press OK

     4. PressMBOX

      5. Press CHNG

  1. Enter the extension number
  2. PASSWORD will appear on top
  3. Press Reset
  4. To reset another mailbox, press * and return to step 5.

or Press Rls to end.

Note: The next time you open the mailbox, the new password will be 0000 (four zeros). Enter 0000, and The system will then ask you to enter a new password.
