Changing the NAME on your display

Place the template on the phone: Click on the picture below that matches your telephone

1. Press the Feature button or the Nortel logo button and then press * * 266344

(The Feature button is the grey button just above the hold button)

2. The Password is 266344 (Password will not appear in the display)

3. Press Show(see templates above)
4. Enter extension number
5. Press Show Next Next
6. Press Change (button below the display)
7. Using the dial pad, enter the letters the same way as you would on a cell phone. Use the #key to go from letter to letter. Maximum 7 letters.
8. Press Next

Note: To change another name, press Heading, press Next or Back accordingly to get to the next extension number and repeat the naming process.
